We collect as little as possible and use it only to respond to you and deliver your project. No selling, no surprises.

What we collect
Only what you choose to share with us, such as:
- Your name and contact details when you message us or send the contact form.
- Details about your business, audience, goals, scope, content readiness, budget range, and timing when you complete the guided project brief.
- Optional logos, project images, and links to files that you deliberately include with a brief.
- Basic request and usage data processed by our hosting provider, plus aggregated analytics when you accept analytics cookies.
What we do not collect
Card and payment details are never collected on this website. If a quote or paid session is approved, payment is handled later through Fygaro, so your payment information stays with the payment provider rather than VGJ Digital.
Drafts and private resume links
The guided brief stores an essential draft in your browser so you can continue if the page is refreshed. Local drafts are ignored and removed after 30 days, cleared after a successful submission, or can be removed sooner by clearing this site's browser data.
When the secure intake service is available, the brief is also saved against a random private resume link. Treat that link like a password and do not share it publicly. Resume access expires after 30 days. Uploaded files are kept in private storage and are not published on the website.

- To review fit, recommend a scope, and prepare a quote or consultation next step.
- To deliver and support the work you have asked for.
- To improve how this website serves visitors.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except where it is needed to deliver your project or where the law requires it.
Third-party services
This site uses Cloudflare for hosting, security, Turnstile abuse protection, and privacy-focused web analytics; Supabase for secure intake records and private uploads; and Google Analytics only when you accept analytics cookies. Web3Forms may deliver a brief if the secure intake service is temporarily unavailable, and Resend may deliver submission notifications. Fygaro is used separately for an approved payment step. Google Fonts and Font Awesome provide interface assets. Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Unfinished resume access expires after 30 days. Submitted enquiries, project briefs, quotes, and delivery records are kept only for as long as they are reasonably needed to respond, deliver the work, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting obligations. We periodically remove information that is no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, withdraw optional analytics consent, or ask us to delete information where we are not required to keep it. You may also choose not to upload files and share a private folder link instead.
